1. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

All bank charges or transaction fees are covered by the customer. Payment must be made in full and confirmed before the shipment of goods.
2. Currency
All transactions are conducted in USD for international orders. For domestic transactions, payments may also be accepted in THB. Any currency exchange fees will be borne by the customer.
3. Order Confirmation & Processing
Upon receiving payment, an order confirmation will be sent via email. Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received and verified. Processing times vary based on product availability and any customization requirements.
4. Custom Orders and Down Payments
For custom gemstone and jewelry orders, a 70% non-refundable down payment is required upon order confirmation. The remaining balance is due prior to shipping.
5. Taxes and Duties
Please note that local import duties, taxes, and tariffs may apply depending on the shipping destination and are not included in the purchase price. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and should be paid to the respective authorities at the time of delivery.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the unique and valuable nature of gemstones and diamond jewelry, we follow a strict No Refund policy once payment has been processed and the item has been shipped. However, order cancellations may be accepted prior to dispatch, subject to a cancellation fee.
