We proudly offer worldwide shipping on all our gemstone and jewelry products. However, please be aware that certain regions may have restrictions on importing specific gemstones or jewelry, which may affect shipping availability. For inquiries regarding restricted areas, please contact us before placing an order.

Shipping charges vary depending on the destination, product weight, and order value. Standard shipping rates will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (Thailand): Free shipping on orders above THB 10,000.
International Shipping: Charges apply as per the destination and service selected.
Note: All shipping charges are non-refundable.
C. Shipping Timeline
We strive to process all orders within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Domestic (Thailand): 5–7 business days
International: 7–15 business days, depending on customs processing and courier availability.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and may be subject to delays due to customs procedures, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email, allowing you to monitor the status and location of your package in real time.
2. Custom Duty and Import Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that additional taxes, customs duties, and import fees may apply based on the country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and must be settled with the local customs authorities. Vivek Gems and Jewellery is not liable for any delays or additional costs incurred due to customs procedures

We take the utmost care to ensure the secure packaging of all gemstones and jewelry. All items are carefully wrapped, boxed, and sealed to prevent damage during transit.
To provide additional peace of mind, all international orders are insured for the full purchase amount. In the rare event of loss or damage during shipping, please reach out to us immediately with relevant proof so we can assist with an insurance claim.
4. Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the valuable and unique nature of gemstones and diamond jewelry, we have a no-return policy for most products. However, we understand that each customer’s needs are unique, and we are happy to discuss exchanges or returns in specific circumstances
A. Eligible Items for Return
Returns or exchanges may be considered in cases where:

There are visible manufacturing defects or damage not caused by the client.

C. Return Process

Please note that return shipping costs and any related duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Once received, the item will undergo inspection to verify the return eligibility. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method after approval.
5. Damages and Issues
We take great care to inspect each item before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged or there are issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the damage and advise on the next steps to ensure satisfaction.
